Default Lift Kit and tires

Hey guys, after reading a bunch of older post on lift kits I'm a little confused, I'd like to add bigger tires and gain a little clearance, I use my 2000 Discovery for a little off-roading and to pull my 21 foot boat (4200 pounds, dual axle trailer)

I really like the look once lifted, I have an ARB bumber installed already, I'd rather not do any mods minus the actual suspension, wondering where I can call to purchase a kit, all the post are years old and maybe something better has come out.

I have air suspension in the back, wondering as well if I can still use the ACE system once I remove the standard air shocks or should I leave it disabled? I had a leak in the back line and was gonna replace it while doing the lift

last question is what tires sizes should I be looking for, I have 18 inch rims an would like to keep them, thanks for the help!
