discovered this under all the sound deadening material today. would it be possible to replace the rocker and floor? i am fairly confident i can fab it all up and i have a excellent welder i just have never dealt with rust repair to this extent before and could use some advice. scrapping the disco is last on my list as i have mucho money put into powertrain and suspension work/modification and she drives great.

appreciate the link! i found out about YRM the other day and after fully stripping my interior to find any other damage, i ordered a whole rear boot kit from the floor, crossmember, mounts, floor supports etc. then inner and outer sills for both my driver and pass side, a and b pillar repair panels and sill end caps. im amazed at how reasonable the prices are as these parts are invaluable to me. for the floors and foot wells i will just pickup 18ga sheet metal. plan on coating the entire floor with bedliner when im done and possibly running without back seats or carpet for added utility of having whats basically a pickup truck bed as i never have passengers either and in the case i do i still have my front pass seat and jumpseats.
