Hello, I recently changed the transmission fluid and filter because after drive my 2004 Range Rover for about 2 miles it would not shift gears. Now when I drive it the “trans fail program”comes up. What could this possibly be? I attached a picture. Could the reason why the lights on the dash be the problem? Also have these lights on the dash.
