You need to open the windows, park it in the hot sun and let the water evaporate out of the truck.
If that does not work then make a insurance claim because your electrics got soaked and maybe fried.

the remote not working is from the green and white splice just three inches in front of the passenger seat on the wiring loom. its underneath the sill.

The airbag could be anything. Need that diagnosed.

and a viper alarm system will react badly with the electronics. I have seen the damage and its really expensive to the customer.

also to you need to remove the plastic intake cover on the driver side and remove the hose and behind it is the sunroof drain. cut off the tip and clean it out and pour water down the tube to make sure all the crap comes out. the driver side one is underneath the dashboard on the side of the a pillar. pull down the dash panel cover and you will see the sunroof drain.

you will also have to remove the apillar panels and fill the holes where the tabs go into on the top and the bottom. There is a kit DHB500400 that includes covers for them and new clips to keep the pillars down and they wont fly off. Those are two major leak points on those.

Also suck out the water on the carpet.
