Default What to do

Hey all. New to the forum. I've had my '06 LR3 SE for 3-4yrs now. 118k miles. Recently it won't start. Cranks strong but won't turn over. I've also noticed whenever it rains heavily I've got water on the driver's side floor. I've been checking for for a while but had to post for clarity and help. I took it to Land Rover Nashville and they told me Fuel Pump is out=$1286, Sunroof drains rotted=$550, and Coolant leak near manifold/thermostat housing=$450. For a while last year I was getting msg Low Engine Performance but thatnks to the forum cleaning MAF and Throttle body helped me.

Not sure what you are asking. Should you keep or sell? Should you repair yourself or pay the dealer?

If the latter, I would repair myself.

Also, After cleaning the MAF and Throttle body, did you reset your adaptive values? I have a 2005 that has a pulsing idle. The tech told me to clean the throttle body and reset the adaptive values and it will fix it.

good luck

Thanks. I chose to have the dealer replace the pump and repair the drain hoses. Tried to find info on doing the pump myself but only saw Disco 2 info. I assume they are very similar but without any reassurance I caved. Wife needs the truck running like yesterday.

So how would I do the reset you spoke about. What does it do and is it even necessary at this point?
