Default Wheel Bearing Noise

Does anyone know of an easy way to pinpoint a bad wheel bearing? im thinking about lifting all four wheels off the ground set truck on jack stands and use a listening scope on each hub. I'm just not sure if it will work since there wont be much of a load on the bearing this way.

Drive around 30-40mph in a straight line, then turn left, does the noise go away?
If yes then its on the right side.
Same thing turn right, does it go away?
If yes then its on the left side.
If its bad enough to make noise you can hear going down the road you will be able to wiggle the wheel with it off the ground, 9 and 3, wiggle back and forth.

check the front end for looseness. if it moves up and down and all around then its the wheelbearing.
