Default wierd noise at speed

I posted this under the rr section then saw this area. When I'm at 50 mph+ i start to hear a moaning that's the best way to describe it. It sound like air is getting somewhere on the front end. I'm going to get under the rr and look under hood to see if anything looks out of place. The performance is not affected at all. I own an '05 rr hse 4.4. I have a feeling this will take forever to find where or what it is, any suggestions are much appreciated.

Thanks

Take a look at the lower windshield cowl. Is the seal portion coming up away from the glass or does it seem a bit loose? If either of these two options are found, get a caulking gun, a tube of 3M Windo-Weld and run a 2-3mm bead of the sealant along the underside of the seal portion, push it securely against the glass, remove any sealant that comes out of it, and clean with a mild solvent such as Acrysolv(I can't remember how it is spelled). This is a common issue and at its worst can be described as sounding as if a freight train is running through the vehicle. Your other option is to have a glass shop perform the same repair if you do not feel comfortable doing it yourself. I usually do about 1-2 of these every couple of weeks at my shop.
