I have replaced my passenger window regulator and have noticed glass does does sit perfectly parallel to the door frame. I noticed some play when manually manipulating the glass with my hands and it seemed there was some play with the plastic wheel in the regulator track.
Should I of not used the aftermarket regulator to save 70 bucks?
I have in the past taken the entire door apart to install new lock actuator, maybe the frame got cocked?

 

loosen up everything and adjust. Thats the best idea I can say. but yes it could be the aftermarket one making the issue.
