My '96 Range Rover 4.0 will work just fine but then it won't start.
It sounds like maybe the gas pump. I left alone 3 days, tried it again, and started.
Now 3 weeks later, same thing happened.

Any ideas!

 

HAve you changed the fuel filter recently? Might be partially blocked.

 

yeah..lightning90 is most likley right, i have a 96 disco and it has troubles starting up, it will take a looonngg time to crank over, and sometimes when it does, it will die a second later, but that's because of my injectors, #1 and#6 are going bad and causing misfires...it could also be the fuel pump, i just recently replaced mine...
