Default 2011 LR2 Drivers Window Detached

Scenario: 2011 Freelander 2 / LR2 / L359

Had to run out the other night, -7 Celsius. Let the truck warm up a good while before leaving. Upon arriving at a drive-through window, I went to open the drivers window, apparently, it was frozen in place. Heard a clunk, no window movement. I do hear gear movement, down inside the door, but the window is now loose, and on its own, in the track. Actually have the window taped up in place for now.

I am assuming the window became, ...unclamped, from the regulator?

Any assumptions?

Also, any leads to, perhaps a YouTube video for repairing this issue? As I have searched YouTube, and there are many door regulator related videos, but not what has happened to me.

Thank you for your input.

Have a look at the workshop manual. It describes removing the door card and tending to your window apparatus.
