For the last 2 years i've taken my LR2 to the dealer for the annual scheduled service. It's about $475 (tax included). This sounds like a lot considering they only do an oil change, cabin filter change, top the fluids and do a 21 point inspection --according to service reps. They don't even rotate my tires.

Am i missing something? Are they checking or changing other items that i am not aware of? $475 seems a bit steep for the above items. I can do all that myself and save $300 or more.

If i go somewhere else for my annual intervals, would i lose my warranty? Any consequences?

Does anyone here have a 2013+ model? If so, how much are your maintenance costs? Where do you get your maintenance taken care of?

Just got mine used with 25k miles for $27k. Certified. Wanted to know this as well. Also they said to only make appts every 10k miles which is longer than the 7.5k miles for all others I've owned.

 

The 2013+ models have a new engine (Evoque engine), that's why the oil change intervals are different.
