Default Outside air sensor

2009 LR2 HSE Land Rover (120,K). Outside air on the dash reads 145 deg after driving an hour (50 miles). Car runs and drives normally, no fault codes on the dash. When standing still temperature drops to 130 deg. Bad sensor or what is causing the high temperature near the sensor? Coolant is at a normal level, nothing appears to be leaking. What do you think?

Could be the PCM or loose/bad sensor
