So, I own a 2008 Lr2 with 134,000 miles and the AC has not worked since I bought the vehicle in December of 2023. The system holds vacuum and pressure but will not blow cold. The fan speed/direction is all accurate, it just won't blow cold. So far, I have replaced the high-pressure switch, compressor, condenser, expansion valve, climate control module, fan control module and the evaporator temperature sensor.

Has anyone seen anything like this or have any ideas?

Get your hands on the workshop manual and read about the aircon system operation in the vehicle.

“does not blow cold”. a few ways to interpret this: does the fan work? is the blend door actuator or apparatus working? is there any air flow? is the evaporator cold to touch? is the control module allowing the operation?

“has not worked since purchase”… well, the good news is, we’re coming up to winter.
Bad news, you have less to go on in your root cause analysis.
