I do, I just don't pay any attention to any of their advice and don't let them touch anything other than oil and filter.

It is usually pretty easy and painless to file a claim through small claims court. Since they are likely a corp they can't represent themselves and a lawyer will charge them way more than the cost of reimbursing you.

true enough @flydb5! And there are those times as you suggest; the threat is enough. But its in my "not fun list". and I don't like these drains on my valuable time.
