Default Crank, Fire, Die (unless MAF unplugged)

Hi all, new to the forum. Have a 2013, LR2 with the 2.0T. Have an issue with it starting and immediately dying unless the MAF is unplugged. I replaced the MAF with a Delphi AF10432. Same problem persists. With the MAF unplugged, it idles decently and drives (not great but will drive). I checked for intake leaks by spraying ether and WD-40 around the intake areas with the engine running and didn't notice any change in RPM or stability. I had a scanner hooked up and didn't see any PIDs out of range that were obvious.

Any idea where to go from here? I am pulling my hair out on this one.

There are several threads in the forum with similar symptoms and several different LR models. But you said you have no error codes off the OBDII port? Maybe you need to take the car to someplace like an Autozone and have it read with a more advanced or up to date reader.

You might also search the forum below, it's mostly Brits and most of them have a diesel (this site seems mostly people with gas/petrol 3.2 motors).
