HDC System Fault problem

Default HDC System Fault problem

Hi Fellas ,

i have 2012 land rover hr2 , i love my car but fix the car is unnecessary expensive in that case first of all i try my best first then go to mechanic by the way lots of mechanic dont understand this car's problems anyways
My problem is ' HDC system fault ' it comes in rainy weather while i drive , car dashboard and gps systen reset itself go and back again every 10-15 min but noting change on my drive and no ayn dash codes or lights

i thought that i have to change my battery and mamke couple hundred miles with that but before this , do you guys any recommendation.

Have you noticed water in the cabin when it rains, maybe in the area behind and under the glove compartment, but anywhere else as well?

Yes after you said i looked it up everything fine i could t understand noting wrong for now but you know it ll getting worst i think thanks anyway

If it happens when it is raining it means water is getting into something it shouldn't be.

Trying to follow the original post.............so,have you replaced the battery with a new one? Also, have you checked or added a new or second ground/earth to the starter motor?

Not sure how you get from HDC system fault and electrical issues to a new ground for the starter motor.

Ok, but the thread doesn't say that solved the problem... From my experience it's quite hard to screw up an earth connection. Usually it just means the connection points have to be rubbed with a wire brush.
