Sorry about that... it was semantics really... that the voltage read is dependent on the engine running, or not.

Okay , let's see! My OBD reader does read for Jaquar's. Hopefully this will make sense to you.
Fuel system 1 CL Fuel system 2 CL Fuel 53psi warm
Engine RPM 704-770-716-782 Flectuates
Spark Adv 6.5 ECU volts13.7 load value 28.6
Yes, changed fuel pump, spark plugs and MAF. Checked coils with tester and replaced in right spot!
I guess I need to check vacuum hoses, don't really know how and I believe all plugs are snug!
Any suggestions???

You changed your fuel pump? May I ask how you did that?

And we REALLY need the COMPLETE set of codes being thrown.

Additionally, if you didn't CLEAR the codes after replacing all those parts, clear them and post back with fresh codes.

Default So we had to remove the drive shaft, exhaust

yes, with some help! I know their is am access panel in backseat on the passenger side but could not change the pump through there so had to remove the drive shaft ,exhaust,and loosen rear end to drop the tank and the rear differential! If I had to do it again, I would cut the access panel and make the hole bigger in backseat!

yes, with some help! The codes were :P0300(1/10)stored
P0301-00 cylinder 1 misfire. P 0300. Detect cylinder misfire. P 0302. Cylinder 2 misfire
P 0303. Cylinder 3 misfire. P. 0304. Detect cylinder 4 Misfire. P 0305. Detect cylinder. 5 misfire
