Is their anything that you know I could do to check to see if it would be a bad sensor ? Hoping you do before I have to (hopefully don't have to), take it to shop as the other guys were saying?

However a bad sensor can still be causing your problems. For example if your O2 reading is incorrect it will fuel to correct to the bad reading. This could cause lean or rich running. You could disconnect the O2 and see if it runs better. It will default to a programmed value and, of course, will throw a code.
There are four O2 sensors in the LR2. The upstream ones connect at the top rear of the engine. The downstream ones connect under the chassis.
Fuel trims can be deceptive. An overly rich engine, that is missing, will actually be logged as running lean since a lot of unburnt air is being pumped through, which is seen as needing more fuel!!
When my LR2 purge valve failed I got very rough running and codes like you are having.
The Valve is connected directly to the intake manifold and to the gas tank.
Its on the list
The purge valve can be seen in this picture

If you remove the plastic pipe and then cap the port then the purge valve will be defeated and you can see if the engine starts and runs.
If it does then you will need a new purge valve.
Someone on here will know that part number
Note: I had very similar symptoms (possibly identical) to what you are having but I knew about the purge valve and I had one on the shelf so I replaced it.
