Works with 4 or 5 pin flat and 6 or 7 pin round (and UK/EU 13 pin round connectors too, if you squeeze it a bit). Not for the UK/EU swan neck tow ball, that's got its own mounting plate. This is for the 2" square receivers used on this side of the pond. For tools... you will need highly technical stuff -- a phillips screwdriver and an 8mm wrench or socket/ratchet.

 

How are you liking this bracket fit and performance now that you have had it for a while?

 

Works great. It's just a nice bracket. Hard to go wrong. Then again I remember when the dumbest Marines were assigned to the mess hall, and even scrambled eggs were a challenge for them. Oof.
