LR2 it cranks but will not start
Paul, thanks for sharing all of the info and I believe the fuel pump is not coming on at all. If you can see from my previous picture, the fuel pump is hardly accessible through the back seat and there is a piece of foam surrounding the top of the access to remove the pump. It appears the only way to remove the pump is by removing the bracket and dropping the tank down a bit and remove the foam to access the pump and it will still be difficult, I have never seen one quite this difficult to access. I appreciate the diagram you sent, this is very helpful once I get the pump removed. Do you have any links or forums you can share regarding how to drop this tank or access the pump? Thanks I again for all of your help with this, it is greatly appreciated.
Based on what I've read the tank will need to be lowered or removed to change the fuel pump
Before doing that I reccomend you confirm that you confirm the following
1. Does the Tachometer move when the engine is cranking? (if it runs very briefly on starting fluid then it should move the needle)
If the crank sensor isn't working then the ECU likely won't run the fuel pump.
For my LR2 the starter engages and then after a half of a second the ECU turns on the fuel pump (I watched the fuse buddy to see this happen in real time)

Just wanted to report back and let everyone know this was in fact the fuel pump and wanted to add this is a heck of a job if your tank lays across the back seat like mine did. You have to remove the entire exhaust system. However got the new fuel pump in and it runs great, still had the original at 133k so it was time. Thanks p_gill for all of the diagnostic help!
