Question New drivers seat squab foam - help!

Hi
Hopefully a straightforward question;
I have a 2000 'W' 2.5 DHSE, 80k and the outside edge of the drivers seat squab has seen better days, looking a bit 'compressed'.
I'm looking to replace the squab foam (and possibly the heating elements) but trawling Fleabay has do far failed to reveal a new foam squab.
Will I have to resort to buying from a Main Stealer (£100?) or can anyone point me in the right direction please?
Many thanks
Andy
Ps, I'm registered disabled with a crumbling spine so bending over for more tha a few seconds is almost impossible; is it a straight forward job or is there anyone local to me who would do it for some beer tokens (5 mins from J 29 of the M1, near Clay Cross, Derbyshire)

No options seem to be "lumbar friendly". But another possibility is locating a whole seat from a salvage yard or a dismantler guy. Here in the States I paid less that $30 each for seats (I had to remove them). It is harder to find good driver seats, and on my D1 I was able to use a passenger seat, the lumbar **** ended up on the wrong side, but still cleared the door frame. Many DIY salvage yards have partz vulturz that will pull things for a price.
