Default Power window does not work

Have both driver and passenger front power window not working. Stop working at different times, about 4 months apart. Time to fix

2011 LR2, throwing HDC and ABS codes, both, front windows button pushed you can hear a click but now movement, so I assume its the motors. Never any crunching or odd sound prior to not working. What should I do to correct t best cost? Can it be something other than motors... did check fuse btw

Options:
Pulling out motor and fix or replace
Replace actuator and motor.... approx. 130/ea on eBay
Wait for new GAP tool coming and see if it has any helpful info?

GAP coming this week will help with other codes to define or clear- could this be related to windows or windows even cause throwing odd codes? My LR3 had a bad tail light and stop auto shifting till bulb replacement , totally unrelated unrelated to shifting gears but it's a Land Rover. FYI, a forum post stated same problem and fix

Need words of wisdom

hmmm... ok. reset the vehicle by disconnecting the battery, then test again. Assuming of course your battery is good... because it doesn't sound good.

and the obvious;
fuse
power to control module
power to actuator
power to motor.
Truly, I suspect the control module, first.

Thanks for the input! LR2 is showing
C0020-1C ABS Pump Motor Control - Circuit voltage out of range
Power supply to pump motor - short circuit, high resistance
Pump ground circuit fault
Internal ABS module fault
Have no idea if related to power windows or why it even would
Have advised wiring likely and possible new ABS module

Too many inconsistent variables. I’m afraid short of a wiring issue (possible but rare) I’m back to insufficient voltage.
With the vehicle NOT running and with no charging device attached, does your battery read better than 13 volts?

GAP support was great! GAP worked and provided new firmware plus instructions to turn on logging, run a function, email results. After a couple of integrations the LR2 started and runs well. GAP tool showing over13v while running and near 13v prior to start

While I was waiting on GAP, both terminals were pulled and battery kept on charge. I think the values posted was while LR2 was running
