Hi...I am very very new member to this forum but I believe it will help me the most to learn from owners of these cars...So a few days ago I put an emulator to the steering column that was locked...
now I noticed that when I start the car the front lights stay on even if the switch is to off position and I have no cruise control...if anybody can help it will be more than appreciated

I am not knowledgeable on electrical or wiring but I would suggest, unless you did more that install the column lock emu, you have caused an electrical bridge (lost ground) somewhere in the system. This model sub forum has links to the workshop manual as well as the electrical schematics.

On a positive note, I am pretty glad that the emulator worked

 

Tomorrow I am calling the workshop to see if they made anything that caused the problem...many thanks for the reply
