Don't know for sure (not a Siriux user) but since you can upgrade to a newer Bluetooth receiver (without re-registering it) I would have to believe this should also work with the Siriux module. I would not think you would need to register a new feature either because you are not starting from scratch.

Heh. I tried to get a hold of the manufacturer of the SDARS module, Visteon, and it turns out it's one of those chickensh*t Virginia companies who will not allow you anywhere near a technical support person. I was hoping I could just rip out this useless module and hookup a SiriusXM car mounting module but it needs to talk to the radio head through MOST. I am pissed. Sirius bought XM the same year this car was made. There is ZERO excuse for this system not to work correctly. Clearly, Visteon makes crap products.
