where can I find a tool for drive pulley screw

I am looking for the Allen key(?) that will fit into this part.

Are you sure you want to use an allen wrench? That looks like it is M10x25 and has a star pattern. I think almost any set of Chinese bits has one, or any auto parts store should have what you need.

Looks like a Torx head. Hard to tell by looking what size but you can get a cheap set.

I wouldn't use an Allen on a Torx, even though it might sort of fit.
