Default '06 LR3 HSE - DVD question?

Hello,

We purchased our LR3 last month and found the DVD player didn't work properly. Brought it in to the dealer and they replaced the unit. The problems with ejecting and playing the discs are fixed, but the audio problem is still there.

I can not get audio from the DVD player no matter what buttons I press, or whether I try headphones in the door receiver. The vehicle did not come with any instructions for the DVD player (it is a Rosen). I went to the Rosen site and downloaded the pdf of the owners manual for the A10 model and it indicated that once you press the speaker button, it should indicate what FM frequency to tune to in order to hear the movie over the audio system. But mine does not show a frequency, it simply states that it is either enabled or not.

any ideas?

The wires that go to head unit or amp are disconnected or removed.

Default Hidden menu?

If you go on the owner’s manual apparently there’s an internal diagnostic menu that is accessible by a Rosen retailer... anyone knows how to access it?

my Rosen doesn’t seem to activated its FM Transmitters
