I recently bought a used 2005 LR3 HSE with a rear passenger DVD system. There is a small DVD player installed in the front glove box and the TV drops from the ceiling for the rear passengers.

I'm able to turn on the DVD player and get a DVD spinning in it but I can't figure out how to get the video or sound working. The TV doesn't show anything when I turn on the DVD player.

I didn't buy the vehicle from a Land Rover dealer so they weren't very helpful with instructions.

How does the DVD system usually work? Perhaps mine is just not functional.

thats not land rover. the rosen system had a dvd system integrated. it was on the top of the headliner with the tv.

Even the newer models that have the factory system have the dvd in the back of the vehicle.
