Just noticed my 06 LR3, when I open the drivers door or any door and trunk, the interior lights dont come on.. they work when i hit the master switch on the overhead dome assembly but nothing with doors.. any advice?

 

yes my friend, enter the car and hold the center button on the dome lamp for about 20 seconds that should trigger the feature on or off.

 

after checking all the fuses cant believe it was that simple to fix. thanks that did the job!

On my LR3 2005 models I have a scenario where the front and rear lights switch on automatically when the doors open but the centre lights not. Any idea how I can get the centre row lights to also switch on when the doors open?

i was just about to start checking fuses because I had enough. It’s 95 degrees in south mississippi so I was not looking forward to this. Your post amazed me! 10 seconds and the problem was solved. Thank you 🙏🏻

 

its 9pm in south Texas and this thread came in handy!!! This saved me hours of looking for a fuse or relay of some sort when all I had to do was hold down the master switch for 10 seconds!!!! Thank you! Gracias!!!
