Default 2006 Ignition Coil Bolt Issues

Hey all. First time doing spark plugs on my own. Ran into an issue trying to remove one of my ignition coil bolts. Either way I turn the damn thing it just spins. Please let me know what suggestions you may have to help me get this damn thing out. Thanks In advance for any help.

Looks frustrating. Based on the replies in another thread, these attach to nutserts in the intake manifold. The nutsert is spinning in its hole and you need to get it to bite. Either apply pressure downward on the head while you unscrew the fastener, or if that doesn’t work, try to pry up on the hex head flange while unscrewing (insert something between coil and flange). Hopefully one direction will bite and you can get it out.

What ^ said. You can always drill it after every so slightly and re-secure the insert with high temp JB weld.
