I have disconnected the battery for a full day, reconnected it and still getting multiple lights again

i hooked up my code reader
got :
Engine management
P0056- heated o2 heater control circuit bank 2 sensor 2

Transmission- manual/transaxle and clutch
P186D- Clutch Actuator stuck

Anti-lock brakes
u0403- invalid data received from transfer case control module

Ride level control module
U0416- invalid data received from vehicle dynamics control module

All terrain control module
U0416-invalid data received from vehicle dynamics control module
U0403- invalid data received from transfer case control module
U0421- invalid data received from ride level control module

Body Control Module
B1B02- low freq coil
B1C57- passive start ignition relay coil circuit
B1D14- interior lamps 2 circuit

I have replaced the Brahe switch under the dash, new OE bulbs in the taillights

it has been to a LR dealership for the:
P186D- Clutch Actuator stuck

they replaced the transfer case indicator sensor high/low part number IAB500191
removed and replaced gear shift position sensor

they recommended replacing the transfer case control module also.

I am looking for some help in which direction to go at this time.

Clutch actuator sounds more like the locking motor on a locking diff. Do you have the rear locking diff?

Remove your transfer case module and look for corrosion on the pins. First module behind the battery.

I removed the battery, removed the transfer case module from the engine bay

i inspected the pins, they look clean with no corrosion. i also opened the module up and inspected the circuit board on the inside. that is also looking good with no corrosion either.

I reconnected the battery and cleared codes.

no luck on getting that cleared, HDC light is still on.

would worn brakes affect that also? HDC, EPB?
