Default 2006 lr3 v8 se no air in rear vents.

Can you advise where to look to fix the back air conditioning unit? My middle seats get air but the back unit is completely dead. I checked the fuse for the back section and it is blown, I replaced the fuse and it blew out again right after turning on the air for the back section. Can I assume that the secondary blower is gone and replace it? Where should I start to look for a reason why the fuse is blowing up. I would love to try and tackle this myself, I just spent a grand getting a new starter installed at the stealership. I know very little about rovers but I am eager to learn to save money. If it is a big job then I will have a pro work it out, otherwise I would like to do it myself.

Thank you in advance for any advice.

I think the blower is on the left, drivers side, of the cargo area behind an easy to open door. I think I saw it in there while looking for a hitch and wires on my new LR3.

I would check the switch first. That could be causing a short.
