Default 2007 LR3 Brake Pads

Does anyone know where brake pads that a LR dealer sells, can be purchased? The dealers in my city price them at 350 to 400 for both front and rear pads.

They are quoting you front pads and rotors and the sensors that are needed. But atlantic british sells OEM parts as well.

I prefer Akebono ceramic pads over the OEM pads because they produce almost no dust and don't damage the wheels with spalled molten metal flying off. They also are rotor-friendly and provide excellent longevity and stopping power. I have them on my Mini and my old Rodeo. They've outlasted the OEM pads on the Mini by 2x already and have a long ways to go, and I have 60K on the Akebonos on the Rodeo, with more than half the thickness left on the original rotors which have 185K on them. I'm sold.

Ditto - pick up the fronts at amazon for $70 (pads only) , the rears you can find at autopartswarehouse for $80 (Pads only) - also picked up the sensors there. Can't beat the akebono's for durability and the complete lack of brake dust.
