Default 2007 LR3 Transmission Service

Hi Guys,

I recently purchased an 07 LR3 HSE with 100K miles and I want to service the transmission. Do I need to service the transfer case as well? Can someone please tell me what parts/fluids and the quantities I need to buy to service these components? I searched online to see if there were bundles/kits that brought everything (fluid, filter, etc.) for this kind of service but couldn't find anything. I am not very mechanically savvy, so I want to make sure I get all the right parts for the job.

Thank you in advance for your feedback!

Please take a few moments to download the entire LR3 shop manual set in my signature. You want to do fluids at 1/2 the estimate miles by Rover, like don't wait 150,000 to do transmission, differentials, etc.

If you're not very 'mechanically savvy' let a shop deal with the trans, as the exhaust, x-member need to come out, and the engine needs to be lifted in order to replace the filter/pan.

Yes, service the t-case and differentials (those are easy) now if you don't have a record of them being done.
