Default 2008 LR3 SE crank no start plz help?

Ok my 08 LR3 se 4.4l still no luck getting it to start
It cranks just fine and sometimes it seems to want to at least fire somewhat, but notta.
When I first acquired the rover I got a couple codes
They were both cam sensors bad (have replaced both sensors)
And the other code is bank 1 O2 sensor 2
And back 2 sensor 2 not responding or working
I ve only removed them and cleaned them up a bit then reinstalled them.
Also I've replaced the crank sensor as well
But I've heard that maybe the crank sensor may have been shimmed so when I replaced it perhaps the shimms fell out and I wasn't aware of it. Is that possible that could prevent it from starting?
I've checked 3 or 4 of my coil packs with the spark plugs in to see if there was a spark and I did get a spark
Didn't get to checking the rest, YET,. And will when the weather is warm again.
Lastly I have replaced all plugs with the iridium plugs.
And last evening I took the fuel rail and injectors out to inspect them, there was fuel in the rail when I removed one of the injectors so I assume it's getting fuel, another good indication I am getting fuel is when I change the plugs the plugs I took out were saturated with fuel and with the strong smell. So I'm thinking it may be something to do with timing when I put in new cam sensors and the crank sensor is there a procedure that needs to be done to reset the timing on those modules or sensors? Thank you very much for any feedback

more history. how many miles? did it run when you got it? what lead up to no start? was it intermittent before?
STOP aimlessly replacing things and inspecting things!
