#5 Fuel Injector
I have a 2005 LR3 and dialed up P0205 code two months ago. I replaced the coils, plugs and didn't resolve the issue. I tested the the injector and it was bad so I replaced the injector and ran better than ever! Today I had a misfire in #5 with the same code so tested the injector and it was bad. I replaced the #5 injector again and my LR3 ran perfect. Is there something that is causing #5 fuel injector to go bad or just bad luck?
Thanks for any help.

when you say "went bad" what do you mean - clogged, not working etc. It may be an electrical problem on that injector circuit or you need to use a fuel system cleaner in your fuel, not the additive. Could be a problem with that cylinder like plug, lead, coil etc.
Thanks for the help. I tested the fuel injector with a meter and it was dead. Drove it today and ran great. I replaced the coil, plug, and then finally the injector two months ago. I am trying to figure out if its just bad luck and the #5 injector went bad twice in two months or if there is something else causing the injector to go bad. Thanks again for the response and help.
