About to get myself an LR3
All,
new to the forum but have been lurking around for a little bit... Growing up with LR's in the family me and the wife decided it's time for us to get one as well!
It looks like I found a good example of an LR3, however with the experience that is present here on the forum I would like your opinion as well. If you are willing to give your 2 cents of course.
I know that without you guys looking at it there isn't a whole lot of sensible things to say but I do have the CARFAX report and perhaps seeing the vehicle history you guys could give me some tips on what to look for based on the previous work.
If I'm putting this in the wrong area, let me know and perhaps we can move it to the correct forum area.
For now here's the CARFAX and the cars.com advertisement...
CARFAX Vehicle History Report for this 2006 LAND ROVER LR3 SE
Cars.com advertisement
Thanks guys
UPDATE: Found accident in the Autocheck, back to searching for a decent one...

not much one can say really
The 2006 units benefited from the learning curve of the 2005 units so they can be pretty good.
I think about all you can go by is what it looks like. Fixing them is not cheap nor are there alot of people who know much about fixing them; hence your success with it will depend upon these forums.
You have to realize that it is not a Jeep or a Toyota; it is different - I like to think different good, but at times ....
The cars.com link says it is gone so maybe it was a good one.
Used prices are holding up alot better these days than they did in the past so that is saying something as well.
