Others have posted lots of good info for you. Dont be afraid of a Rover, even one with higher mileage, just make sure you get maintenance records and have a good Rover mechanic do a pre purchase inspection on it. Proactive preventative maintenance is also key. I don't believe an LR3 will be any more expensive to maintain than a Q7 or Volvo either. The Rover dealership I go to actually charges less per hour than the toyota dealership.

 

I've got 162,000+ on mine. But it had been in my family and has been takin care of so it's all based on the previous owner

 

I agree. I'm still looking. Will probably pick one up this year or possibly an lr4. We will just see.
