I have a 2005 LR3 and I've recently been using the auxiliary input. For the first few weeks there was already a slight beeping sound when the volume is turned up to it's max but it didn't bother me because it stops when the music starts playing. However, yesterday the beeping sound was even louder and still continued while the song was playing. It gets really annoying. Do any of you guys know how to fix this?

 

see attached. May not be you exact issue, but a common thing appears to be having to upgrade software in all entertainment modules at the same time....
