Ball Mount length is bugging me...

Default Ball Mount length is bugging me...

8-1/2" center of lock pin to ball center. I think it's 2 or 2-1/2" to long. Camper has a ~380 lbs tongue weight. Mind you...I ain't no "Towmaster"

Yes too long, you want the tube all the way in. You can just reposition and drill a new hole for the pin.
