If I had do it over again, I wouldn't get the Land Rover all-weather mats. Those things are terrible. The plastic "holes" that are used to fasten the mat to the carpet come apart far too easily and then get lost... then you're left with a giant circular cutout in your mats and no way to fasten it down. And no way to buy the plastic circles on their own that I'm aware of.

 

I just got the WeatherTech's for all the rows and the back utility mat. Great fit. Definitely not sub $100, but I would recommend them since mats were brought up.

 

My vote - some very small pieces of velcro (soft fuzzy side, not the plastic spiky side), approx 6mm squares, black color, self adhesive, stuck onto either side of the inside of the glove-box door, at same place where the small rubber nipple touches the glove-box door. This cured my noisy glove-box rattle 100%, and looks invisible enough to be OEM.

 

Rear rubber/plastic Cargo Mat - Land Rover LR3 LR4 Custom Fit Cargo Mat Trunk Liner Tray 05-11 - Rakuten.com $39 + $6 shipping. I've had it for about a year now. Absolutely recommend, based on price. Does not always sit totally flat onto carpet if there is not stuff on top of it, because it a a) Not heavy or rigid enough, and b) Does not have actual vertical side 'lips', but this has not been a problem for me. Has been 100% totally ok to keep carpet clean and dry - mud, dirt, water, snow, oil, etc. Also able to roll it up pretty easily if you need to use the 3rd row seats, and stuff this cargo mat in back of vehicle, between 3rd row seats and back door.

the bluetooth thing I copied from cmb6s, and I appreciate it every day.

Also those vinyl rear load space covers that extend up to the middle row with everything folded down, ideal for hauling messy things or just keeping the truck cleaner. I believe it was north american custom covers. maybe $60

 

I'll do you one better. When I bought my truck, I didn't notice it was missing ONE of the 3 pieces in the 2nd row of the rubber mats. The kids got in the back so I knew the doors worked, and I had clearly only looked in the 2nd row from the other side, so right behind the drivers seat the section was missing. I sucked it up, bought the first and second row set SIMPLY for the missing piece.

I have intention on posting up all of the pieces individually on ebay or something, so that someone else could not suffer the same choice I did.

Is the cable on the himbox long enough to be stashed under the center console and routed up to the stereo location for access? I'm about to buy one but am skeptical of the cord length.

If not, where are you guys mounting the round button thingy?

 

I think the cable is about 2.5 - 3.0 ft. long. Mine is plugged into the AUX jack and USB port in the back of the center console. I then mounted the other part on the flat spot on the console right behind the Emergency brake lever.
