Best recommendation for brake pad rotors and calipers
Slightly excessive….. Tell them to use a torque wrench. You want 140 Nm or 103 lb ft.
I always retorque since shops tend to use impact drivers. You end up ruining the nuts - either rounding them off or breaking the caps. Then you’re really in trouble.

Thanks yes I torqued to 105 ft lbs I may still replace capped lug nuts 19 years old.
I called EBC brake in proceed simplified easy around town 100-150 miles no unnecessary hard stopping until bed in takes place
by the way I used a motive universal pressure bleeding system it worked great at 10psig pumped 2 liters of ATE 200 and capped off.
Thanks again.

[QUOTE=lenzda;914643]Check brake pad message and amber brake light illuminated. Looks like my Zimmerman pads only lasted 12k miles and 14 months. Giving Brembo ceramic pads a try.[
All good
1 point of info
if the rotors are expensive and fairly new, they can be re-cut by O’Reilly’s auto parts select locations not too many places re-cut rotors anymore has mentioned in an earlier thread the check who installed my new Michelin tires over tightened the Lugnuts and warped the rear rotors and the front rotors EBC gave me new front rotors and new front green stuff pads. Front pads break-in complete all seems good rear road is re-cut front rotors replaced slotted rotors, a little bit of dust in the beginning after the break in period finished bed in coating wore off the pads settle down everything working fine at this point I replace the front calipers as well. Guide pins and boots went with Fibi calipers in the front rebuilt the rear calipers or I should say just replace the pins and grease thanks for your input
