Default Better of Two Tire Sizes

Guys,

Please don't chastise me as I'm coming from a larger D2 background than LR3.

My question is about tire size...

I have two specific sizes in mind of the Falken Wildpeak AT3W's. I'll include the basic stats for each tire.

My question is which is the better to use without rubbing with the Proud Rhino lift kit? 2.5"

(Size) (Load Range) (Load / Speed) (Overall Diameter (in)) (Section Width (in)) (Tread Width (in)) (Tread Depth (mm)) (Max Load (lbs))
(LT275/65R18) (E/10 (SL) (123/120S) (32.1) (10.7) (9.1) (14.6) (3415)
(LT285/65R18) (E/10 (SL) (125/122S) (32.6) (11.3) (9.4) (14.6) (3640)

275 is my size and I can't really imagine going any larger without making some changes. Fenders, wires, HVAC...

Thanks dude.

I guess my concern at this point is whether or not I should get LT (Load E) tires or just opt for for 116T (SL/XL) rated tires.

Not really sure the truck NEEDS LT tires (even when offroading heavy). Just concerned that ride comfort will suffer. Then the LR3's ride will shift to nearly identical to my D2 lol

Well...just remember that with fuel and gear and humans it weighs over 6000 pounds. My Nokians are certainly not rated E, but my MT/Rs are, and I won't buy a tire for off-roading purposes unless it is rated E.
