Default Bi xenon adaptive headlamp help!

so i have a used 2006 lr3 hse, i noticed that the front headlight on the drivers side wasnt as bright as the passengers side, and after looking closer at the light i noticed that the beam of light on the drivers side was slightly lower then on the other side, so to me it seems that i need to adjust the shield (if there is one) to straighted out the light... but i dont know how to do it, and when i asked the landrover master repair guy at the dealer here, he acted as if there is nothing that i can do, but where i bought it vehical from they said that the dots on the headlamps are from adjusting the lights... so now im kinda confused...... HOW DO I FIX THIS !? and is it actully the beam of light or the needing of replacing the light it self?

maybe fiddle with the parts in the back or maybe its not seated correctly. they are easy to take out, take off the center grill and then pull up the tabs and pull out the units and see if anything is off.

tibetrover,
I have an 06 LR3 HSE and its doing the same thing but on the passenger side. It has been adjusted (no cost) 4X at the LR dealer. It would be fine one day but after a week it lowers back down on its own about 3-5 degrees.
It does not really bother me that much, it just look like I don't have zenon on one side. I'll address the issue again on my next scheduled maintenance, maybe they will replace the entire set. I have the AFS and it's not the zenon bulb either. My warranty expired last Nov but I have an extended warranty.
