Default Bricked while driving

Hello all, I have a new to me '07 4.4L LR3 with 109K on the clock. I have been tackling issues one at a time with a flurry of work coming up next month after I purchase a GapID tool. Last night, while pulling up to a stop light I lost all electrical power and the vehicle completely shutdown. It was bricked for what seemed an eternity, but was probably 30 seconds. I was finally able to restart the engine after a few failed attempts due to a security lock out.
Little back story, the previous owner put some aftermarket accessories on, one being a push to start ignition. I have been pulling the P0513 code which I assume is due to this change over. In order to make it work they placed the guts to the original key fab inside transponder coil for proximity. I have had the Anti-Theft system brick the car once before, but was able to overcome it after a few hours. Long story short, could the Anti-Theft system bricked the vehicle while running or is there another culprit?

I'd start by removing the push start crap, its not being bricked as that is a permanent situation. Sounds like its being immobilize by the security system, i'd remove or at least trace the wiring for anything that was added and check for connection issues.

Agreed, good news is the original lock cylinder is in the glove box and I have a perimeter key. Once I buy the GapId tool I am going to program two new keys before taking it into my local LR shop. Going to trace those lines now
