My problem is that the other side of the bracket; the "female" side that attaches to the brush bar itself, is broken off. Not sure how I would even re-attach that if I were to get my hands on one. It could be a whole re-engineering project, but I'm not sure it's worth it. Those brackets don't really do anything....maybe lessen vibration? Structurally, the 4 big bolts on the bottom are what keep the brush bar in place.
