Bunch of fault codes from passenger seat - airbag light is on.
So thanks to my handy Gap tool, I see a bunch of codes on that pertain to the passenger seat/airbag.
Now, I did have this seat out, to deal with the damp floor and the reconnect the remote wiring joint which had rotted away.
I plugged back in seat and it's now throwing errors. This amongst others.
B00C0-96 - Passengers seat occupant classification sensor A - component failure - internal failure.
I've looked at every connector on the underside, including the main black box that connects the loom to the seat. I can't seem to find an issues.
Could I have damaged something in taking it out?
And if so, wouldn't it just be cheaper for me to source a good used seat to put back in?

Just clear the code. If you had the seat out and powered up the vehicle for any reason you will get a code even when everything is hooked back up. SRS systems dont play around when it comes to faults, most SRS codes are hard faults that will stay until cleared.
Actually, forgot to add - cleared them. Then they came back.
I cant say for sure what that code means, but the seat belt buckle has its own sensor and connector underneath. I sorta doubt you damaged anything, I would bet on it being something not plugged in fully. I wold disconnect/reconnect a few things. Or at least try to pull the connectors apart to be certain they are secure.
