Can you Lock the Air Suspension with the Gap Tool?

If so how? my toggle switch is not working correctly and thought with the GAP tool it would be possible.

Apparently there is some sorta "build" mode that locks the height its at. I am not sure if it disables the compressor (due to potential air leak) or disables cross-linking of the valves (not a good idea for off-roading, but I dont think it does anyway). Mike may know more details.
