CEL help: P0501, P081c and water ingress
Historically, I have had suspension faults (special programs off and no cruise control) and transmission faults. The volume hasn't work on the radio for years, but once every blue moon it would for a day or so. I have had past problems with water ingress in the passenger side as well.
Last week I tore apart the passenger side due to water pooled in passenger floor and behind the car battery. I removed the CJB, disassembled the CJB, cleaned CJB and connectors with CRC QD Electronic Cleaner. I did not add dielectric grease to anything. Dried out all pooled water. While apart I removed the blower motor and lubed the shaft with TriFlow hoping to resolve squeaks when blower is in use. Inspected the wiring on passenger side hoping to find anything obvious that would explain the radio volume issue. There was one questionable splice that I redid. Also replaced the brake switch. Pieced all back together. The radio volume still isn't working unfortunately. Replaced the A Pillar and Cowl mouldings which were the culprit of water ingress. Below are the codes I have now. The air bag codes are new, so I probably screwed something up when I removed/reinstalled the CJB.
P0501-00 and P081C-00 are my highest priorities as I expect one of those is the reason for my CEL and I need to clear my CEL to pass smog and register the truck (California).
1/24/22 codes:
B0052-1D (AF) Passenger's safety belt sensor - General electrical failure - circuit current out of range
B0072-1B (AF) Passenger's safety belt pretensioner deployment control - General electrical failure - circuit resistance above threshold
B0028-1B (AF) Right side air bag deployment control - General electrical failure - circuit resistance above threshold
B00A0-88 (AF) Occupant classification system - Bus signal/message failure - bus is off
U1A03-62 (2B) Vehicle configuration parameter - Algorithm based failure - signal compare failure
B1D14-15 (2E) Interior lamps 2 circuit - General electrical failure - circuit short to battery or open
P0501-00 (E8) Vehicle speed sensor A range/performance
P081C-00 (6D) Park input circuit
A bit about the truck and my recent work on it.
The truck has 32" tires, johnson rods, and a British Atlantic trailer wiring harness. I mention these because I used my GAP tool to set the the correct tire size. I also used the GAP tool to enable the trailer setting in the body control module. I don't know if any of that is contributing to my issues. Fall of 2020 I replaced the compressor dryer desiccant, front EAS valve block, and front air struts. Shortly after this work I parked the truck and it has sat until now.
I think I also need to recalibrate the ride height since replacing the struts.
Research suggests I should replace the gear shifter assembly for the P081C-00 code. Symptoms include the D (Drive) on shifter always lit red even when truck is off. Every time I turn on the truck and shift into D, the transmission fault message is thrown. Manually turning on my headlights before turning on the truck does not prevent this error. I think the part I need is UCB500072, but it appears to not exist anywhere anymore. Looking for advice on this part and the P081C-00 code in general. Also looking for guidance on how to diagnose and fix P0501-00. I haven't researched that one yet.
Edit: also remembered a symptom which may be relevant: I have an intermittent problem of the key not releasing from the ignition. When this happens I have to turn on/off the truck multiple times until it releases. I might also switch gears as well. I'm thinking this might be directly related to the P081C-00 problem.
Thanks all for your patience and help.

Generally not a good idea to adjust tire sizes. Just because you can, does not mean you should sorta setting. Can bugger things up, ask me how I know. You do not need to recalibrate after replacing struts. Either way, you may be on the right path but I would certainly verify CJB connections. They are a pain. I had tons of issue getting my truck working after pull it even though I was certain the connections were good. They were not.
UPDATE: I replaced the shifter assembly with the one from the wrecker. The "D" is no longer illuminated constantly (even when key out of ignition), but the rest of the behavior and fault codes still exist. Manual shifting doesn't work.
Question: should I assume the shifter assembly was good, or go back to the wrecker for a different one? What would I test/troubleshoot next for the P081C-00 code if it isn't the shifter assembly?
Current Codes:
B0052-1D (AF) Passenger's safety belt sensor - General electrical failure - circuit current out of range

P0501-00 (E8) Vehicle speed sensor A range/performance
P0579-00 (68) Speed control multi-function input A - circuit range/performance
P081C-00 (6D) Park input circuit

I mean not to reprogram. Its not like a tire change size will affect things too drastically. And of course if anyone if pushing things so far that its actually need, well they are just a mental midget who want big tires for looks more than actual off-road ability.
