Great to know! Also, for those checking up on this. STILL no issues since replacement!

Just an update to above. It's been a week and it's running great. No sign of problems at all.

Forgive the new guy questions but... is the EGR the same as the "purge valve" the tech was talking about regarding error code p0441?

kameag - Still running well with the EGR valve you bought from Germany? I'm in the same boat as you with my 2006 LR3 4.0 and I REFUSE to pay $300 for a "Land Rover" EGR if I can get FoMoCo one for $100

Thumbs up EGR Same problem /same diagnostic/

Hey Guys
You own a good pair of beers on these
I try to see if its possible to clean the EGR of my LR3 V6 4.0 , and find a procedure without dismanteling the EGR , with Bardahl kit , that only can find on Ebay and from Italy at 50 dlls w/shipping!!

Thus at the 50 dlls price , EGR valve from Germany, Much better to change at new one .
Thank a lot!!

Hey! Just encounter the same error message suggesting the ECR flow issue (P0401). The Geman supplier discussed above is no longer active (or appears not to be). Does anyone have a good supplier (I am in Canada).

Cheers,
Mark

Hi Mark,
I'm investigating this issue and this link https://landroverforums.com/forum/lr...6-p0108-94125/ may have the answer to your question... ("Motorcraft CX2064 for the 2004 through 2006 Ford F150 4.6L V8") courtesy of 5280LR3...
