Make sure you document where all fuses and relays are. I just took a pick before disassembling. Replace with all new fuses and relays. Some of the fuses were blown, but not causing my specific issues.

I refloated all these connections.

And cleaned really well with DeOxit.

Oh, and of course took the screws out before prying apart.

In the end, my problem was the IPC/Cluster. Even went thru 2 used ones. One had the exact same problem and the other would not even let the truck start up. Ended up sending my Cluster to ClusterFix. Great turn around time, not the cheapest, but repaired it perfectly and cleaned it up nicely. I swear they even replace my scratched lens, but it wasn't charged so maybe it was something on the inside. Truck works perfectly afterwards. Now I am attacking the entire cooling system
